Silo, silo is a self-unloading steel container for bulk storage of bulk and lumpy materials (grain, sand, cement, coke, coal, ore, etc.). For gravity unloading, the ANCHOR plant can perform the lower part of the hopper with inclined walls (for example, in the form of an inverted truncated cone or pyramid). In the lower part of the hopper there are valves and feeders for regulating the release of material.
